QUESTION – What do your potential customers think of your business?
. . . do they consider you an elite brand?
. . . do you consider how your business looks to be an elite brand able to compete with the best?
I went to see the Despicable Me film a little while ago with my youngest son . . .
. . . He really wanted to go because he had enjoyed the other films . . . and the trailer made it look really good . . .
. . . I quite enjoyed it, but he was somewhat disappointed . . . but too late now . . we had paid our money and taken our chances . . .
. . . their trailer had enticed us in, and it’s a no refund policy and the producers had another little piece of their profit.
But the thing that did grab my attention, and the point I want to focus on in this blog is a line from one of the trailers
. . . the Ferdinand film trailer . . .
watch it with the link below and look out for this line (1min 34seconds)
“but I’m not a fighting bull”
“you don’t have to be a fighting bull . . .you just have to look like a fighting bull.”
OK so what does your business look like to your customers?
. . . is your styling enough of an elite brand to make you look like that fighting bull?
because that is what great branding will do for you!
. . I know, because I am the person doing it for you. If you want to look like a kick ass fighting bull you’re in the right company.
Success can be a lot more about perception than you might realise. . .
. . . we are all very guilty of judging pretty much everything based on what it looks like . . .
(even when we know we are doing it . . . we prefer to buy the best looking things!)
. . . and that includes your potential customers . . . judging your business . . .
. . .you might be an absolute genius at (insert your business here) . . .
. . . but that is absolutely no good if you look like an amateur / or the way you present your business makes people believe that you are an amateur . . .
. . . and that “amateur” who knows much less about (insert your business here) than you do . . . but has got himself some fighting bull branding will make himself really look like an elite brand . . .
. . . has loads of clients . . . providing him with his little piece of profit.
So Ladies and Gentlemen . . . perception REALLY IS much more important than fact.
If you want people to believe that you are an absolute genius at (insert your business here) . . .
. . . then you need to make sure your business really looks like it knows what it’s talking about.
Your “film trailer” has to really present you as that fighting bull!
Investing in your business, making it stand out as an elite brand among your competitors is well worth while.
One customer of mine had no hesitation in making sure that her business was really going to be an elite brand . . .
I first started working on her project almost a year ago, when we had a brainstorming meeting and sorted out a business name that would really create some brand confidence. . .
. . . following on from that the elite branding package provided her business (Bridge 38 physiotherapy) with . . . new logo, new business cards, new website , new social media pages and banners, set up of some online advertising and marketing and new flyers, and handling and organising all the printing too.
. . . she officially launched at the beginning of August 2017, so her elite business has been running for a few months now . . .
. . . and I have also undertaken more work to produce an A1 advertising board and A6 postcards for referrals and reviews.
Her business is continuing to look like an elite brand . . . and success follows.
if you have been holding back, lacking confidence, sitting on the fence then make 2018 the time for action. . .
. . . get a new look for your business. . . maybe you have not even set up your business yet . . .
. . . take control and decide to make it happen . . .
. . . after attending Sara Moseley’s “clear confident and unstoppable” event at Swinfen Hall on Jan 9th I am currently feeling just that and have plenty of positivity bubbling within me to share around . . .
. . . so even if you are just interested in a no obligation chat about what is involved in designing an elite brand for your business then get in touch . . .
. . . I’m always happy to help.
