Are you familiar with that phrase “I’ll know it when I see it?”
I believe that’s what happened with a recent client of mine . . . . a really lovely individual who wanted their website redesigning.
They were also very busy working in their own business and so didn’t really have a great amount of time to speak to me . . . . .
. . . and were not totally sure about what they wanted, either. . . . a few suggestions on colours that a friend had said they should have . . .
. . .They also wanted some fantastic new wording . . . . but at the same time didn’t really feel that they needed to speak to our wonderful copywriter Gayle at G.E. copywriter either.
. . . Sadly the contract with this particular client has ended with them cancelling our design service agreement as they were unhappy with my FIRST design . . . .
. . . which is a shame, because:
A – They have paid for the work I have done but got nothing to show for it.
B – Design revisions are included within the agreed fee.
C – Your design service journey is a marathon . . . not a sprint. . .
. . . and indeed the design service can be more of an obstacle course or the hurdles . . . before we reach your finish line. . .
